With our comprehensive know-how in wood processing, decades of experience in the construction of sleeping systems and state-of-the-art CAD technology, we develop optimal ergonomic sleeping systems and slatted frames, adapted to the systems of our customers and, if required, we also cooperate with the ERGONOMIE INSTITUT MÜNCHEN GMBH or the Technical University of Rosenheim.
We produce solid standard products, point flexible ergonomic top slatted frames, special products for vehicles or box spring beds, as well as disassembled, folded or rollable slatted frames optimised for dispatch.
We build motorized adjustable slatted frames with conventional metal fittings and double drives, as well as in flat construction.
For the materials, we rely on high-quality plastic elements from German and Central European manufacturers.
In addition to classic laminated wood material from certified European suppliers, we also like to use natural solid beech wood, if desired completely metal-free.
Due to the complete production with CNC machines, sophisticated work instructions and test plans, as well as ongoing random durability tests on our test facility, we guarantee a consistently high quality and safety and thus minimize the risk of complaints.
